What to Expect

HarmonyExpect to spend time together, especially in the beginning. Excellent care begins with detailed history taking, comprehensive intake, then informed diagnostics, and later, if needed, therapeutic additions.  All steps forward stem from a deeply individualized plan of care that is made by us (care provider and care receiver) as a team centered around what you need, and what you are actually truly able to do. Our plan of care will be as dynamic as you are and tailored to your biology and your reality. We will get to the root cause of your dis-ease and address it comprehensively, without judgment, and at a pace that we determine and then continually reevaluate as needed.

Insurance

Our practice does not accept any form of medical insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. However, we provide you with an itemized bill with traditional ICD-10 codes and CPT codes so that you may easily file a claim with your insurance company yourself.

To simplify the process, we recommend calling your insurance company prior to your visit to find out about what your specific plan will cover. We’re more than happy to provide insurance codes in our patient portal for registered new patients.

We will provide you with your diagnosis and test codes and a receipt so that you may file for reimbursement with your insurance provider if you choose to do so.

We have found that some insurance companies request additional information that is very specific and specialized to that provider.  Given the large number of discrepancies between what each company requires and that time needed to meet those requests, we do not assist with insurance reimbursement above and beyond the diagnosis and tests codes and receipt given at check out.
